Khanapura

    History – This temple has been constructed very recently in the 1990’s and the idol of Bhagawan Sri Shanthinatha is very attractive. Khanapura was an important trade centre during the 17th and 18th century for the Goa merchants.

    How to Reach – Khanapura is situated in the Belguam district and is at a distance of 28 Kms to the south of Belgaum and 500 Kms to the North-West of Bangalore.

    Main Deity – Idol of Bhagawan Sri Shanthinatha.
