    Main Deity – Idol of Tirthankar Parshwanth in padmasana posture.

    History – Sawargaon is an ancient Jain Heritage Centre in the Osmanabad district of Maharashtra with over 1100 years of history. It has the temple of Tirthankar Parshwanath constructed in the Hemarpanthi style of architecture. It houses about 4.5 feet high idol of Tirthankar Parshwanath in Padmasana as the main deity. Ancient idols of Tirthankar Suparshwanath, Aranath, Chandraprabhu/Chandranath & Neminath are also seen in the temple.

    Location – Sawargaon is located at a distance of 40 Kms from the district centre Osmanabad.
