Kukubhgram

    History – Kukubhgram is the Tapasya and Kewalgyan Bhoomi of Bhagawan Pushpadantha. The ruined temples of the Guptan period are found here. The idol of Bhagwan Parshwanatha is found in one such temple. In the northern part of the village, an 8 meters high Manasthambha belonging to 460 C AD is also found. The images of Bhagwan Parshwanatha and other tirthankars ate inscribed on this.

    How to Reach – Kukubhgram is situated at a distance of 16 Kms from Kankari village and 67 Kms from Gorakhpur.

    Main Deity – Idol of Bhagwan Parshwanatha.
