Parasnath Fort

    History – The idol of Bhagawan Mahavira is being installed on a rock bed. Many Jain idols of the tirthankaras, yaksha and yakshi are found scattered inside the fort. This fort is said to have been constructed by a king named Paras. Some of the idols found in this fort are installed at the Jain temples in Nagina and Bijnore.

    How to Reach – Parasnath fort is situated at a distance of 6 Kms from badagaon near Nagina in Bijnore district of UP.

    Main Deity – 32 inches high idol of Bhagawan Mahavira.
