Main Deity - About 3 feet high idol of Bhagawan Ananthanatha in the padmasana posture.

History - The temple here situated on the top of a hill is in a mutilated state. This temple is said to be built by a person named Honnana Gowda son of Sri Chikkana Gowda during the Margashira Panchami day during the 15th Century. It is said that along with this idol he had also installed the idols of Godess Padmavathi and Yaksha Brahmadeva for the well being of his son Bommanna Gowda. But at present we can find only the idol of Bhagawan Ananthanatha. Along with this idol we can find the idol of a tirthankara in the padmasana posture along with two other tirthankaras on a single stone, scholars predict that may be this idol is the remains of a Choubis tirthankara idol. Though the idol of Anathanatha is in good condition this temple was not worshipped for the past many years. The regular pooja was begun here on 4th of November 2001 under the auspices of the Mysore and Chamarajanagara District Digambara Jaina Tirthakshetra Committe. At present the renovation work of this temple is being carried out by the Mysore and Chamarajanagara District Digambara Jaina Tirthakshetra Committe.
