    History – The Neminatha temple at Holenarasipura is very ancient and was constructed in the year 915 A.D. by Sri Chavundaraya the person who is popularly known for the installation of the idol of Lord Bahubali at Shravanabelagola. The main highlight of this temple is that we can find the idol of “Gulkayajji” here, i.e. the idol of Goddess Padmavathi devi which can be found only in Shravanabelagola and no where else in the world. Along with this we can find the idols of goddess Padmavathi, bhagawan Adinatha, choubis and many other small idols.

    How to Reach – Holenarasipura is at a distance of 42 Kms from Hassan and 90 Kms from Mysore and has got good bus and train facilities from Hassan and Mysore.
