Mayasandra

    Mayasandra is located in the Tumkur district of Karnataka.

    Main Deity – Black coloured idol of Bhagawan Parshwanatha in the kayotsarga posture.

    History – This temple of Bhagawan Parshwanatha was constructed by the efforts of Kshullika Vidushi Sri Rajimathamma. The construction was completed on the 8th of June 1987. The uniqueness of this temple is that the entire temple is being constructed of marble stone. The temple is being maintained by the Jain Parshwanatha Swami trust. Along with the idol of Bhagawan Parshwanatha we can also find the idol of Bhagawan Adinatha and Bhagawan Mahavira.

    How to Reach – Mayasandra is being situated in the Turuvekere taluk of Tumkur district of Karnataka and has good transport facilities from Tumkur.
