    History – In the history the idol dharashiv Parshwanatha is known as ‘Aggaldev’. There are 7 caves on the hill. First cave is supported by 20 pillars and the idol of Bhagwan Parshvanath with seven hoods is very attractive. In the other caves the idols of Bhagwan Parshwanatha and other Tirthankaras are installed.  Besides these  caves temple, there are 2 Digamabar Jain temples in the Osmanabad town.

    How to Reach – Dharashiv caves are 5 Kms from Osmanabad city of Maharastra. Transport facilities are available to Osmanabad from Sholapur; Aurangabad and Yedsi. The boarding and lodging facilities are available in the Dharamshala at Osmanabad.

    Main Deity – About 6 feet 8 inches high black coloured stone idol of Bhagwan Parshwanatha.
