Hirehattihole

    History – We can find two Jain temples at Hirehattihole namely the Adinath and Parshwanath temples. The Adinath temple is very old, the exact date of construction of the Adinath temple is not known. We can also find a patashala besides this temple built in the memory of late Achrya Sri Payasagarji Maharaj. The temple of Bhagawan Parshwanath is said to have been built in the year 1952.

    How to Reach – Hirehattihole is situated in the Khanapur taluk of Belgaum district. Bus facilities are available to Hirehattihole from Khanapur and Belgaum.

    Main Deity – Black coloured idol of Bhagawan Adinath in the kayotsarga and white coloured idol of Bhagawan Parshwanath in the padmasana.
