Jain Yuvak Sangh Takes out Shobha Yatra

    Jammu (Jammu & Kashmir), April 9, 2017: As part of Mahaveer Jayanti Celebrations, Jain Yuvak Sangh, Jammu, on Saturday organized Shoba Yatra in which members of Jain Samaj participated with great enthusiasm.
    Shobha Yatra started from Jain Sthanak, Jain Bazar and culminated at Nek Chand Memorial Hall, Rani Park, Jammu, while passing through Fattu Chougan, Purani Mandi, Link Road, Jain Bazar, Chowk Chabuttra, Pacca Danga and Moti Bazar. Bhajans were chanted amidst Jaikara of Lord Mahaveera.
    As a matter of regular practice, the Shobha Yatra is taken out every year before Mahaveer Jayanti which passes through various bazaars of Jammu City.
    Members of various organisations affiliated to S.S Jain Sabha Jammu also took part in it.
    Among those participated include Raj Kumar Jain, President, S.S Jain Sabha and Raman Jain, General Secretary, S.S Jain Sabha among office bearers of various organisations. – News Courtesy: State Times
