    History – This village was known as Kasaar Aasta. The complete name of the Tirth is ‘Shri Digamabar jain Vighanahara Parsvanath Digamabar Jain Atisay Kshetra Kasaar Aasta’. The idol of Bhagwan Parshwanatha is very attractive, it is said that Bhagawan Parshwanatha destroies the worries and sins of the devotees. A story states that once an attempt was made to shift the idol to a different place to avoid the Muslim invasions and the cart carrying the idol could not move and a devotee had a dream that the idol should not be shifted. Hence the idol was reinstalled at the present temple. The local people considers the idol as their village Lord.

    How to Reach – Aastha is 51 Kms from Osmanabad and 64 Kms from Sholapur. The boarding and lodging arrangements are provided at the two rooms present in the temple premises.

    Main Deity – Idol of Bhagawan Parshwanatha.
