Items worth Rs 4.7 lakh stolen from Jain temple

    Vadodara (Gujarat), June 1, 2013: Items worth Rs 4.7 lakh was stolen from a Jain temple at Halol town in Panchmahals district on Thursday night. According to an FIR filed by one Hitesh Shah at the Halol police station, thieves broke into the temple and stole the idol’s jewellery and other items kept inside that together cost Rs 4.7 lakh.
