Bangalore (Karnataka), January 5, 2013: A silent protest has been organised at Bangalore on Sunday January 6, 2013 at Sri Shanthinatha Swamy Digambar Jain temple, Wilson Garden to protest the attack on Muni 108 Sri Prabhalsagarji Maharaj at Girnar and defacing of the Chaturmukha idol at Mandaragiri (Tumkur district). The protest is scheduled to start at 12.00 noon.
Muni 108 Sri Pramanasagarji Maharaj will be present. Sri D.Surendrakumar, President of Bharatiya Jain Milan; Sri Anil Sethiji & Sri S.Jitendrakumar will lead the protest.
Later a delegation will meet the Governor of Karnataka Sri H.R.Bharadhwaj and present a memorandum condemning the attack & to take legal action against miscreants. – Jain Heritage Centres News Service
