Harapanahalli

    History – We can find three Jain temples at Harapanahalli. One of the temples has the white coloured idol of Bhagawan Shanthinatha in the padmasana as the main deity. The other temple of Adinatha has the idol of Bhagawan Adinath has the black coloured idol of Bhagawan Adinath in the kayotsarga as the main deity. The temple of Brahma yaksha has the kayotsarga idol of Brahma yaksha as the main deity.

    How to Reach – Harapanahalli is situated at a distance of 127 Kms to the south west of Bellary and 314 Kms from Bangalore. It has good transport facilities from Bellary and Bangalore.

    Main Deity – Idols of Bhagawan Shanthinath, Adinath and Brahma yaksha.
